Basically you can go to any pharmacy and purchase a Fleet kit. Colonic is the new buzz word for enema; it’s really not exotic and not necessarily good for you. If you are having issues with your bowel, you need to be seen by a medical professional. As for treating asthma without drugs; the most effective treatment is to relocate to an area that has fewer irritants than the area where you now live.
