Question by Forever_Lost: What is the sentence for 2nd or 3rd offense of writing your own prescriptions in the state of Illinois?
A friend of my family has been arrested for her second or third (I’m not sure) offense of writing her own presciptions for pain killers that she used for her bad back. She is now in a prison in Illinois until her trial. What will her sentence probably be?
I know for a fact she’s addicted. After 2 or 3 offenses, doesn’t it go unsaid?

depends on what charges they hit her with…….forgery? gaining property with false pretense?
