I have not seen any dogs sniffing drugs,smoking or injecting for that matter. If there is some dogs out there sniffing drugs they should be doing it in there homes not on public transit.
I would imagine tho if they were sniffing drugs on CTA trains they do it every hour or so depending what they are sniffing
