Finding addiction treatment centers is pretty easy. Just searching the Internet alone is bound to give you results. I did a research of my own and found some sites that may be just the thing you need. I included them as links that you can see below. Good luck! I do hope you guys get a high grade on that project!
I’m So Depressed. It Is All Piling and I Can’t Bear With It Any Longer.?
Question by CL: I’m so depressed. It is all piling and I can’t bear with it any longer.?
(1) I’m having personal problems with my dance company. I’m in this dance company in school that gives out scholarship to the students. I’m getting 30% of that scholarship. The thing is I think I’m overweight for it. We are more of ballet type of dance. Before someone from our company was removed because she was fat. Our mentor is always reminding me of my weight. By the way, I’m 132 lbs and 5’3″-5’4″ in height. I’m really trying my best in loosing weight but sadly I can’t do crash diet. I have this sickness, I’m not sure what it is exactly, something called like gas pain. I’m not sure because the doctor in the emergency just said it and I was still dizzy in pain. Anyways, the thing is crash diet is a no no to me. But I’m still doing it despite the effects because I really want to get thin. My Mom told me that I’m perfectly fine but hearing that from my Mom I think it is not true. I’m very conscious of my weight and I’m getting all shy when I see my reflection. Because all of my fat goes to my thighs and butt which is ridiculously ugly. Exercise is no good for me as well because I don’t have time for real. I’m a graduating student and work is ridiculously piled up. I’m also worried with the dance company because I don’t want to be kicked out because of my weight. I’m also drinking dietary supplement pills to help me loose weight but I’m very disappointed because instead of loosing weight I’m gaining them! I’m eating yogart and oatmeal like crazy. I’m only drinking warm water as well.
Is an Internet Porn Addiction Like Cocaine Addiction?
Question by juktik: Is an internet porn addiction like cocaine addiction?
Best answer:
Answer by Lightning From the East
Yes
Studies show that terms relating to porn are by far the most commonly searched-for terms in the internet search engines. Every day, literally millions of people do searches related to the porn industry. The powerful imagery of internet pornography is highly addictive. Many men (and women) have been caught in the snare of internet porn and find themselves helplessly addicted to its visual stimulation. This results in uncontrollable lust, an inability to experience true sexual intimacy in marriage, and often intense feelings of guilt and despair. Pornography is the #1 cause of masturbation, sexual assault, and sexual deviancy. Most importantly, pornography is offensive to God, and is therefore a sin that must be confessed, repented of, and overcome.

Do You Think That Teen Pregnancy and Drug Abuse Affects American Society? or Is It Not Societies Problem?
Question by ubgirly2: Do you think that teen pregnancy and drug abuse affects American society? Or is it not societies problem?
lets take drug abuse by teens first, drug abuse often leads to crime, which often leads to imprisonment, which, our prison system is over crowed!!!!!
ok teen moms, their kids grow up in poor neighborhoods, often infested with drug dealers, they turn to drug dealing and crime as a means of supporting themselves because they see no other oppurtunities, often times end up participating in crimes such as robbery, rape, and murder, so, is teen preganacy not societies problem?
Oh wait, I know, should we just tell our kids not to have sex? hmm……so there are those that believe this will work hugh, boy, I hate to see your kids when they grow up, they will be the next generation of pregnant teenagers!!!!!!
Of course people should be held accountable for their own actions, and I believe everyone is!!!!!!
But if we could do more to prevent the problem, society as a whole would benefit!!!!!
Chuck G, the question is at the top, please read, the rest is details, as that is what that section is provided for!!!!!!!!!
Should Convicted Rapists Be Allowed to Live in a Halfway House for Recovering Addicts?
Question by ??????? Mrs. Moses ???????: Should convicted rapists be allowed to live in a halfway house for recovering addicts?
A close male member of my immediate family currently lives in a halfway house, after completing a 28-day drug addiction in-patient treatment program. He has lived in the house, which holds a maximum of 13 men, for 5 months now, and will have completed the 6 month program very soon. It is important to him for personal and legal reasons that he stay living in the house until he completes the program. He is serious about his recovery, and has been working hard to change his old behaviors, ways of thinking, and coping mechanisms. He does everything he is supposed to do, including regularly attending NA meetings, keeping with the house rules, and being open about his thoughts, feelings, fears, etc. All in all, he is really on the right path for lifelong recovery. Recently a man in his late 40’s moved into the house. We will call him “James.” Shortly after James moved into the house, another resident was checking the Maryland sex offender registry, out of curiosity, to see how many sex offenders were living close by. He then made the shocking discovery that James was registered. He wasn’t extremely troubled until he read the details. James is registered as a “Sexually Violent Offender” and his charge is listed as Rape: 2nd Degree. My relative and I looked up James on the Maryland Judiciary Case Search for more detail on his charges. This is what we found:
