Question by Due Oct 16th: Is standing outside with a sign asking people for money illegal in some states?
Is standing outside with a sign asking people for money illegal in some states? I’m wondering if it’s illegal in Burlington VT as I know someone who is doing it as a way to support his drug/cigarette addiction? I’ve seen “Bums” do this and police have taken them off the street so that is why I’m wondering if it’s legal or not.
