Question by Vince M: If a Person is Mentally ill, does he have a choice whether or not to go to a rehab?
If a person is mentally ill, and is not capable of making correct decisions for himself, and refuses to go to the rehab or doctor or medication and examination, does he have that choice not to? Do authorities, or the parents or guardians have the full right to force him into a rehab or medication especially if the mentally ill person is causing damage, acting bizarre, and causing community disturbance?

i don’t think he have the choice if he is mentally ill and could not make a correct decision. just personal option!
