Are the Majority of People Successful in Drug/alcohol Rehab?

Question by Adamismyname: Are the majority of people successful in drug/alcohol rehab?
I just saw a Dr. Phil show on a former Miss Illinois with drug addiction and relatives of hers being alcoholics. How often is rehab successfull on average and are relapses in the well majority of patients?
