Question by derrick: how much notice do I have to give a lodger in the city of chicago?
This is a sober living environment and the main requirement to stay here is to maintain sobriety and a lodger has signed a document agreeing to not use any mood altering substances, then uses drugs or alcohol, what is the legal recourse?

file suit, or just give them their two weeks notice. if they violated contract you have legal grounds to kick them out.
