If I Surrender My Nursing License in One State for a Drug Diversion Incident Can I Still Practice in Another?
Question by S M: If I surrender my nursing license in one state for a drug diversion incident can I still practice in another?
If I surrender my nursing license in one state for a drug diversion incident can I still practice in another?
If surrendered my license in RI due to drug diversion and I am licensed in MA and FL will I have any problems with those licenses? I just want to start over. I did get treatment on my own however I did not want to join the RI treatment plan.
I had to add that I am not a drug abuser. or dependent. I am certainly not unworthy to be a nurse. I currently hole 3 state nursing licesnses and I am a very good nurse and “worthy” however I was put in a position where I felt i had no other choice (at that time) to enable another!!! He is now gone. Thank for the 2 honest and compassionate responses. The other two……..well you know what to do! I am not stuck with the task of dealing with the responibility for my actions.
