The best thing you can do- especially for teenagers is scare tactics. A meeting with a person who has lung cancer or a family member of someone who had lung cancer will be a shock to the system. This will ensure that they see that the situation is real and not just something you will see on tv, the internet or on ciggarette packages.

The science behind the damage caused was what interested and enlightened me (during my early university anatomy and physiology lectures and tutorials). You do know what ciggrette is going to cause irreversible damage to the lining of your lungs or any other part of your body. I see smoking as a form of slow suicide
