Has Anybody Been Convicted of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in Illinois?

Question by Edgar: Has anybody been convicted of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in Illinois?
I was arrested yesterday for Drug Paraphernalia, but no weed or anything. It was my first conviction and I have a court date. Does anybody know more or less what I can expect in court? Should I get a lawyer? Any common penalties?
